licensed Mac HelpMate and can remotely assist you on your
computer anywhere you have an Internet connection.
The application is available to download for free. It has
many features that will help troubleshoot your computer if
you're having problems. If you would like remote support
there is a nominal subscription fee for the service.

You may install, use, access, display and run any number of
copies of this program (the "SOFTWARE") on any number of
computers, such as workstations, terminals, or other devices.
Having this software installed on all your computers, ready
for use, will save you time in preparing for any remote
support sessions. The software costs you nothing.
You may store any number of copies of the "SOFTWARE" on a
storage device, such as a network server or other backup
medium such as a CD-ROM disc and external hard drive. You may
NOT redistribute this software outside of your company or any
component thereof via a public server of any kind, including,
but not limited to http (web) servers on the Internet.
As is typical for most software, Mac HelpMate is provided "as
is" with no warranties whatsoever, whether express, implied,
statutory, or otherwise. HoosierMac Consulting and Dean
Shavit, the software’s author, expressly disclaim any
warranty of merchantability, non-infringement, fitness for
any particular purpose, title, or any other warranty, no
matter how such warranty is alleged to have arisen.
HoosierMac Consulting and Dean Shavit are not liable for any
direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential,
exemplary or other damages (including without limitation lost
profits, damages based on the loss of or damage to any
records or data, or damages based on a third party claim)
arising in connection with this software or source code,
however caused and no matter the theory of liability, even if
HoosierMac Consulting or Dean Shavit has been advised of the
